To
book an event with Camp One Way:
Call
~ Let
us know the date(s), type of event and approximate number of participants
you expect. We'll be glad to help you with ideas for planning and publicizing.
Call as early as possible - some dates are booked months in advance.
Contract
~ We'll
issue you a tentative contract, spelling out the details you've requested
- times, meals, services and rates. Look it over. If everything's correct,
sign and return it.
Reservation
Deposit ~ A
deposit (typically 20% of the anticipated total cost) is required to
reserve your date(s). Send that in as soon as possible, so we can put
you in the calendar. Please note that the first $100 of this deposit
is non-refundable. The balance is non-refundable if the event is
cancelled less than three months before its scheduled date.
Certificate
of Insurance ~ Our
insurance carrier asks us to get a certificate of insurnace from youth
groups only. Simply ask your carrier to issue you a certificate naming
Camp One Way as "also insured" for the time you're here. Most
will do that at no charge and can even fax or mail it directly to us.
Publicize
~ Let
people know about your event well in advance. You'll likely have
firmer commitments if you have an early registration and deposit due.
Two-Week
Report ~ We'll
provide this form, which we ask you to mail or fax to us no later than
two weeks prior to your event. This lets us know your final numbers,
meal times, and other details to help us serve you better. Note that
you will be expected to pay for a minimum of 90% of the number on this
report.
Final
Payment ~ Final
Payment (less the reservation deposit) is due at the time of your event.
